Who It's For

Built for Every Child,
Every Starting Point

01

Complete Beginners

No experience needed. Your child starts from the very beginning alongside others at the same level. Structured white-belt curriculum, clear goals from session one.

02

Building Confidence

Many of our students join because they're shy, anxious, or struggle to focus. Taekwondo's belt system gives children visible progress to build confidence week by week.

03

Competition Ready

Students who want to compete are guided into British Taekwondo regional events and national tournaments. Master Sammy is a qualified Poomsae and Sparring coach.

The Curriculum

What Your Child Learns

🎯

Olympic Technique

Kukkiwon-standard kicking, blocking, and striking technique — the same curriculum taught at World Taekwondo Headquarters in South Korea.

🧠

Discipline & Focus

Every class opens and closes with structured etiquette. Students learn to listen, wait, and control their responses — skills that carry directly into school.

💪

Physical Fitness

Agility, coordination, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness all improve through consistent training — without feeling like exercise.

🤝

Respect & Teamwork

Respect for instructor, training partners, and opponents is non-negotiable. Students develop empathy, sportsmanship, and how to win and lose well.

🏅

Belt Progression

White → Yellow → Green → Blue → Red → Black. Each grading is a milestone. Students set their own pace and feel genuine achievement at every stage.

🛡️

Self-Defence Awareness

Situation awareness, de-escalation thinking, and physical confidence. Not self-defence drills — but the mindset that means children never feel helpless.

How Classes Work

3

4

Sparring / Patterns

★★★★★

"My son joined at age 7 having never tried martial arts. Within three months we noticed a real change in how he carries himself — calmer, more confident, more respectful at home. Master Sammy teaches with real authority and warmth. We can't recommend it enough."
